Last summer I met this lovely young woman named Elisa, and long story short, she wound up doing some writing for my breakfast blog. And this week we have the last of those pieces, since I’m cutting costs in this department. Financially speaking, I’m trading her in for a podcast, but that sounds harsh, doesn’t it?

Last week I was in Memphis visiting family, and I had a couple of breakfasts. That’s not surprising or interesting, I guess, but I did blog about it, which lately is surprising. Or maybe not. Anyway … let’s head south for a bit, y’all!

Portland Monthly Magazine does this thing where they ask people five questions, and the latest was with me. It was a fun thing to do, and I got to spread the love to various of my favorite spots. Dig it.
